The 3303 Water Street housing condominium has 72 units and is located on the historic C & O Canal in Georgetown, Washington – DC. The site area, not a Federal townhouse commonly found in Georgetown but rather what was the industrial waterfront, the building recreates the aspect of the era by using stone pillars and glass windows. This project gives the aspect of a industrial mill that has been converted as loft apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows and double ceiling height to give better views of the area.
The building is located on Water Street next to a elevated highway, and a linear park next to the Potomac River with the main entrance and the C & O Canal to the other side.
