The project consists of 3-story continuous building which a house unit on the first floor and apartments units on the second and third floor. The house is made of concrete blocks which make them structural as well. The project builds half of the house, and then the owner can expand as he sees fit. The volume and voids (expansion of each home) is covered with an continuous slab. The houses creates a courtyard in the center between the buildings creating a collective space.
